Terms of Service

1. Who we are

RepReel is operated by Wellness Genius ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Wellness Genius governing your use of the RepReel website, applications and related services (the "Service").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are of legal age and, if acting on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind it.

3. The Service

RepReel lets you save fitness videos from third-party platforms, uses AI to extract structured workout data (exercises, sets, reps, rest), and helps you build and track training programs. Features and limits may change as the Service evolves.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Send spam, infringe intellectual property, or upload content you do not have rights to.
• Interfere with the Service's security (probing, scanning, malware, scraping outside our terms, or circumventing rate limits).
• Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly allowed.

6. AI features and outputs

• AI outputs (extracted exercises, generated programs, suggestions) may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not medical, fitness or professional advice.
• You are responsible for your prompts, the inputs you provide (including video URLs you submit) and how you use the outputs. You must have the rights to any content you submit.
• Consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program. You exercise at your own risk.
• We may filter, refuse or remove inputs or outputs, and suspend accounts that misuse AI features (including generating illegal, harmful or infringing content).
• If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us so we can review and act, including in cases of repeat infringement.

7. Subscriptions, payments, taxes and refunds

Paid plans (e.g. RepReel Pro at $4.79/month) are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Wellness Genius is the seller of record for these subscriptions. Payments are securely processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location. 8. Billing disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact Wellness Genius via the support channel listed in the app or your purchase receipt within 60 days of the charge so we can review and, where appropriate, issue a refund.

9. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with your plan. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

10. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wellness Genius against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel paid plans from the in-app Manage subscription page. On termination, your access ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal obligations.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Wellness Genius is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

16. Miscellaneous

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
