RepReel is operated by Wellness Genius. For data collected through the RepReel website and apps, Wellness Genius acts as the data controller.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, login credentials, authentication identifiers (e.g. Google sign-in ID).
- Profile and onboarding: training goals, experience level and similar preferences you choose to provide.
- Content you submit: video URLs, saved workouts, programs, session logs, notes.
- Usage and device data: pages and features used, timestamps, IP address, browser/device type, language, crash and performance logs.
- Support data: messages and attachments you send us.
3. Why we use it (purposes and legal bases)
- Create and operate your account, deliver the Service, save your library and programs — contract performance.
- Process AI extractions and program generations using third-party AI providers — contract performance.
- Security, abuse and fraud prevention, rate limiting — legitimate interests.
- Customer support and service communications — contract performance / legitimate interests.
- Product analytics and improvement — legitimate interests (or consent where required).
- Marketing emails about RepReel — consent, with an unsubscribe option in every message.
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests) — legal obligation.
4. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors: hosting and database (cloud infrastructure providers), AI inference providers used to extract workouts and generate programs, email delivery, analytics and error monitoring.
- Payment processor (Stripe): for processing payments, managing subscriptions, calculating tax, and issuing receipts on paid plans.
- Professional advisers: legal, accounting and similar advisers when needed.
- Authorities: where required by law or to protect rights, property or safety.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions) for transfers from the UK/EEA.
6. Retention
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, tax or accounting obligations or to resolve disputes.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. UK/EEA users can lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We aim to respond to verified requests within one month.

8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and operate the Service. We may use analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the product. Where required, we will request consent and provide controls to manage non-essential cookies.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this notice. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
